Beamcomplex manufactures compact container-type boxes with electron accelerators – E-Beambox – for quick installation inside enterprises and processing of food products in order to destroy pathogenic microorganisms, insects and pests with the aim of extending product’s shelf life, as well as sterilization of non-food items.

Advantages of using the container-type box:
| Ready-made modular design | The box is delivered as a finished product in 40-ft containers, which ensures quick installation and commissioning at the customer‘s site. |
| Versatility of processing | The equipment operates in two modes – E-beam (electron beam) and X-Ray, which allows processing a wide range of products. |
| Processing in packaging and containers | Products can be processed in hermetically sealed packages (bags, boxes, on pallets) and even whole shipping containers, which eliminates reinfection. |
| Product safety and security | The technology destroys pathogens by breaking their DNA, while not making the products radioactive, preserving their nutritional properties and extending their shelf life. |
| Wide range of applications | The equipment is used in the food industry, for sterilization of medical products, etc. |
| A variety of configurations | The company offers various accelerator models (from 1 to 5 MeV) and conveyor systems for processing products in bulk, in boxes, on pallets and in liquids. |

Phytosanitary Treatment of Food
Co-60 Substitution with Electron Accelerator
Medical Device SterilizationLOCATION AREAS

Within the framework of its Atoms for Food Equipment programme Beamcomplex works in the following direction:
Supply of boxes with electron accelerators for placement in existing food warehouses for the purpose of long-term storage of food products.
BENEFITS OF HAVING NATIONAL FOOD STOCKS WITH LONG SHELF LIFE FOOD PRODUCTS FOR COUNTRIES
Total independence of a country in case of disruption of food supply chains during emergencies (pandemic, military conflicts, natural and man-made disasters)
Reduction of food losses and waste due to extension of food shelf life with the help of ionizing radiation tehcnology
Increase in replenishment periods and reduction of budget expenses due to the supply of extended shelf life food to national food stocks
Reduction of intestinal diseases in the population of a country
Prevention of social upheavals, support of sustainable economic development and food security enhancement
Achievement of Zero Hunger goal
TECHNOLOGY of exposure of products and materials to ionizing radiation
Over a century ago, X-Ray radiation was first discovered. Today, advances in modern technology have made it possible to develop compact, easy-to-use complexes equipped with electron accelerators to process products in E-beam and X-Ray modes.

Ionizing radiation (E-beam and X-ray), generated by the electron accelerator, is used in many areas (phytosanitary treatment of food products, sterilization of medical products, cross-linking of polymers, etc.).
