TREATMENT STEPS OF CARGO CONTAINER RADIATION TREATMENT

 

1. A truck arrives at the cargo sterilization center.
2. The entrance gate opens letting the truck in to be positioned on the conveyor system.
3. The gate closes.
4. The driver gets out of the truck and goes to the waiting area.
5. The electron accelerator is activated.
6. The conveyor moves a vehicle with a cargo container along the electron accelerator. The contents of the container are being sterilized through the walls.
7. The conveyor stops after the irradiation is completed.
8. The electron accelerator is turned off.
9. The driver gets back into the truck cab.
10. The exit gate opens and the truck leaves the center.
11. The gate closes.
