E-Beambox — A Universal Equipment for Food Product Sterilization
Three operating modes and flexible installation options allow seamless integration into any production workflow — from cutting and processing lines to finished-goods warehouses or dedicated sterilization centers.
E-Beamboxes may also be equipped with robotic manipulators that can install/remove boxes from the conveyor system, as well as place them on pallets afterwards. These robots enable operation in a «dark factory» mode.
The advantages of this operation mode:

KEY ELEMENT OF E-BEAMBOX – Electron accelerator
Beamcomplex manufactures E-Beambox with electron accelerators, food processing equipment 1-5 MeV. The boxes with electron accelerators are built to order and equipped with special equipment considering a type of products to be processed. The two-side outlet device of the accelerator allows processing products with E-beam and X-Ray both vertically (for products in boxes) and horizontally (for products on pallets).
